Yes — we ship globally from Kenya. All international orders are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, so you can shop with confidence.

Processing Time:
Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
We begin casting and packing your order as soon as payment is received.

Estimated Delivery Times:
🇺🇸 USA & Canada — 10–21 days
🇬🇧 Europe (UK & EU) — 10–21 days
🌏 Asia & Australia — 10–21 days

All shipments include tracking information once dispatched.

🧾 Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.

As of August 2025, the U.S. no longer exempts low-value imports from duties — shipments to the U.S. may incur small import or customs processing fees.

Note: All orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — taxes and import fees are collected by your local customs authority if applicable.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your brass as much as we do.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted for unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.

U.S. returns are handled by our micro-fulfilment partner for faster processing.

🛠️ Pre-Orders & Maker’s Dozen Packs

All products are sold in our signature Maker’s Dozen packs (13 pieces) — hand-cast in small batches and shipped directly from Kenya.

Pre-Orders: Orders placed during our launch period will ship early December 2025. You’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

As a thank-you for supporting our first production run, early customers will receive a small bag of freshly roasted Kenyan coffee — our gift to share the spirit of where your brassware is made.
